DOL: Firm Compelled Staff to Keep 3 Years or Pay Again Wages


Superior Care Staffing, an employment company that operates in New York, Connecticut, and New Jersey, is being sued by the Division of Labor (DOL), Insider reported.

The swimsuit, which was filed on March 20, contends that Superior Care compelled workers to enter into contracts that required them to work at the least three years — or pay again their wages. And, the swimsuit provides, Superior Care compelled workers to pay again wages, plus authorized charges, in the event that they did not.
